Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shophighlydone.com with photos and a description of the problem.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and only if the product is deemed defective or damaged. Once a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
