Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Highly Done is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, lost packages, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@shophighlydone.com with photos and a description of the problem.
